Job summary

J.P. Morgan in Warsaw seeks a Vice President to lead the Global Corporate Banking coverage for Central and Eastern Europe. Based in Warsaw, you will manage a broad suite of products and coordinate with product and global coverage partners to expand relationships with Poland and CEEs headquarter clients.

You will onboard clients, present credit cases, and maintain strict risk and execution standards while traveling across the region to engage with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Outstanding academic record with corporate or investment banking experience.
• Proven client relationship management in the CEE region.
• Fluent in English and Polish; cross-cultural collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for corporate clients across a broad range of topics.
• Develop and deepen relationships with Poland and CEE-headquartered clients.
• Leverage the global coverage network to manage client relationships cross- region.
• Identify client needs with product partners and tailor solutions.
• Originate and execute corporate banking products across cash mgmt, lending, DCM, etc.
• Lead onboarding and present business/credit cases to internal committees.
• Act as first line of defence for credit quality monitoring and risk escalation.
• Maintain high execution standards with timely follow-ups and pipeline mgmt.
• Travel frequently across the CEE region to engage clients and stakeholders.
