Qualifications

• Relevant Investment Banking or Corporate Finance experience with knowledge of the transaction cycle.
• Strong analytical, financial modelling and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sophisticated transactions with clients and product teams.
• Support on execution, marketing and coverage work across industries and products.
• Conduct market research and build detailed financial models.
• Execute transactions from pitch to close for M&A and ECM activities.
