Job summary

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Transaction Banking or Cash Management with a focus on payments for Financial Institutions.
• Experience in Payments and/or correspondent banking, preferably in a Sales role.
• Ability to develop and deepen client relationships at senior levels, including C-suite.
• Strong organizational skills and multi-priority handling.
• Excellent communication skills and client-facing delivery.
• Experience across Eastern Europe preferred.
• Fluent Polish and English required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve new business goals and annual sales targets by identifying prospects and leading calling plans.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline and deliver reports to senior management.
• Maximize profitability through pricing, product extensions, and cross-selling.
• Conduct financial and market analysis to support proposals and projects.
• Lead onboarding, including KYC/AML, renewals, and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare account plans and portfolio management reports.
• Coordinate cross-sell opportunities with other bank units.
• Address risk, legal, and compliance issues and escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize product and service delivery.
• Represent JPMorgan Payments at industry events for Financial Institutions in Eastern Europe.
