Job summary

EY GDS Poland is hiring a Project Manager to lead IT and business projects across international client teams. You will define scope with stakeholders, develop plans and budgets, manage risks, and report progress, while coordinating with colleagues across EY practices to meet client requirements.

The role requires at least 5 years in project management, experience in utilities and IT, excellent English, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management.
• Experience in the Utilities sector, specifically in water or electricity.
• Experience working in the IT industry.
• Ability and willingness to travel, frequent travel to Ireland.
• Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken).
• One or more industry certifications: Prince 2, PMP, Agile PM, ITIL.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, MS Project, MS SharePoint, JIRA, Azure Dev Ops, other project management tools.
• A higher education degree preferably in business, technology, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of project progress.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and transparency.
• Work effectively in an international corporate environment, managing projects across different time zones and cultures.
• Support clients in the business and organizational transformation journey, becoming a trusted advisor in PM matters.
• Provide consultation and recommendations based on client requirements and develop relationships across EY practices.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging teams to reflect on and improve processes and practices.
