Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking an Agile Project Manager - Consultant in Katowice to lead projects for international clients. You will manage initiatives using Agile (SCRUM/SAFe), Waterfall, and Hybrid approaches, mentor teams, and collaborate with stakeholders across time zones.

The role requires 2+ years in project management with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, plus experience guiding hybrid projects in a global environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager/Scrum Master with both Agile and Waterfall
• Experience managing Hybrid projects (Agile + Waterfall)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment
• PMP/CSM/SAFe certification is a plus

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients in a consultancy capacity and deliver tailored solutions
• Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion within time, scope and budget
• Apply Agile methodologies (SCRUM/SAFe) and Waterfall as appropriate
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules and budgets
• Identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies with mitigation plans
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coach teams in best practices
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams across time zones and cultures
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and drive continuous improvement
