Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking a Supervising Associate – Assistant/Associate Manager to drive complex regional digital tool rollouts. You will manage delivery with senior stakeholders and coordinate with global and country project teams to ensure scope, timing and quality.

You will lead governance development, track progress, and report on status while engaging with product managers and cross‑functional teams to deliver impactful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of corporate experience, ideally in a large multinational organization.
• 4+ years of core PM domain experience in coordinating medium-to-large implementations.
• Excellent project management capabilities and strong reporting skills.
• Experience setting up Project Governance frameworks and digital tools.
• Strong English language skills; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the project management of the regional rollout of new digital tools and monitor delivery within scope, timing, budget and standards.
• Coordinate deployment with global and country-based project teams within a small, remote and diverse team.
• Work with product managers to understand products as they are rolled out to teams.
• Track requirements, scope changes and timelines; report progress and adjust plans accordingly.
• Develop governance processes, oversee implementation, and report trends and risks.
• Attend virtual meetings, take minutes, manage action logs and organize logistics for meetings.
• Create and publish project and system documentation; handle recurring admin processes.
