Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking a Project Manager within the Cybersecurity Practice to lead complex client engagements and coordinate delivery of cybersecurity initiatives. You will work with organizations across industries and geographies to implement security projects, build capabilities, and develop teams in a fast-paced, matrix environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of project or program management experience in international environments.
• Holistic and technical understanding of cybersecurity domains (IAM, Cloud security, governance, Zero Trust).
• Excellent written and spoken English (C1).
• AI proficiency to boost team and personal productivity at work.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity projects and programs, ensuring delivery in quality, time, and budget.
• Define and maintain project scope, delivery plans, milestones, budgets, resources and governance.
• Manage delivery in a global, matrix organization with distributed sponsorship and resources.
• Foster collaboration between EY and client stakeholders across locations, with transparent status, risks, and decisions.
• Develop long-term relationships with EY networks and clients.
