Job summary

Qualifications

• Higher education degree in a relevant field (business, technology, science, law, political studies or public services management).
• Minimum 3 years in project or bid management in public sector or consulting.
• At least 1 year coordinating public tenders and proposals.
• English language proficiency (written and spoken).
• Familiarity with MS Office and project management tools (MS Project).

Responsibilities

• Act as the central point of contact on assigned proposals; lead bidding from qualification to submission.
• Analyse tender terms to create proposal outlines and bid plans as needed.
• Set internal deadlines and monitor progress; support proposal teams.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements and internal EY procedures.
• Contribute to evidence gathering: technical, financial, and professional capacity.
