EY GDS Poland is seeking a Project Manager – Business Consultant with SAP background to join our delivery and execution team in Katowice. You will lead transformation projects for international clients, acting as trusted PM advisor and coordinating cross-functional teams across EY practises.

The role requires 3+ years in large-scale projects, SAP knowledge, and strong English. The position supports a hybrid work model with travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in large-scale project or program implementation in multicultural environments.
• High-level knowledge of SAP ERP and/or SAP S/4HANA.
• Excellent English in writing and speaking.
• Higher education degree in business, technology, science, or engineering.
• Ability to prepare concise executive summaries for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects and programs for global market clients within EY teams.
• Provide advisory input on PM subject matters and manage client relationships.
