Job summary

EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) Poland is hiring a Project Manager within our Cybersecurity Practice to lead complex client engagements and drive delivery excellence across multi‑country teams. You will coordinate security initiatives, manage scope, timelines and budgets, and foster cross‑functional collaboration with EY clients worldwide.

The role demands hands‑on project management experience in cybersecurity, English fluency, and a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of project or program management experience in international environments.
Holistic and technical understanding of cybersecurity domains (IAM, Cloud security, Risk/Governance, Zero Trust).
Excellent command of written and spoken English (min. C1).
AI proficiency to boost team and personal productivity at work.

Responsibilities

Lead cybersecurity projects and programs, ensuring delivery in scope, time, and budget.
Define and maintain project scope, plans, milestones, budgets and governance.
Manage delivery in a global, matrix organization with cross-border teams.
Ensure collaboration between EY and client stakeholders across locations.
Develop long-term relationships with EY networks and clients.
