Job summary

EY GDS Poland seeks an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead international projects, guiding clients through IT transformation and SAP implementation journeys. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and act as a trusted advisor in SAP project management within a global EY consulting network.

The role requires strong English communication, end-to-end project experience, and the ability to travel when needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in SAP implementation projects and/or module configuration & support in large-scale environments.
• Experience in end-to-end project implementation and project stream/team lead experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of essential phases of the implementation project: Project Preparation, Business Blueprint, Realization, Final Preparation, Go-Live and Support, Hypercare.
• Higher education degree in business, technology, science, or engineering.
• Excellent English language skills in written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Support clients in business and organizational transformation journeys as trusted SAP project management advisor.
• Provide consultation and recommendations based on client requirements and coordinate with EY teams to serve client needs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure client requirements, budgets, and milestones are met.
