Job summary

Strada is seeking an HR & Payroll Specialist to manage Turkish payroll end-to-end, ensuring accuracy and timeliness while adhering to client requirements and internal standards. The role involves handling confidential data, supporting global clients, and contributing to projects in a dynamic payroll environment.

Excellent Turkish and English communication, strong MS Office skills, and 2–3 years of payroll experience in HR outsourcing or corporate settings are required.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and Turkish required (B2 minimum).
• Strong MS Office skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Independently process Turkish payroll from end to end according to defined standards and client requirements.
• Monitor and manage ticket queues to meet timelines.
• Produce and understand standard and client-specific payroll reports.
