A global payroll and HR solutions provider based in Katowice is seeking an HR & Payroll Specialist with Turkish language skills. The role involves processing Turkish payroll from end to end and ensuring compliance with regulations. Candidates should have strong knowledge of payroll processes, excellent English and Turkish communication skills, and be proficient in MS Office. Qualifications

• Around 2-3 years relevant experience administering Payroll in an HR consulting or corporate environment.
• Flexibility to support a global and fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Independently process Turkish payroll from end to end.
• Monitor ticket queues and ensure timely resolution.
• Produce and validate payroll reports.

Skills

Strong knowledge of payroll processes

Excellent written and verbal English skills

Very good Turkish skills (B2 minimum)

Knowledge of MS Office tools
