Job summary

Strada is seeking an HR & Payroll Specialist with Dutch to manage end-to-end Dutch payroll processing and ensure accuracy for a global client base. You will handle confidential data, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to process improvements in a multinational setting.

The role requires 2–3 years of payroll experience, fluency in English and Dutch, and strong MS Office skills. We offer remote-friendly options and a supportive environment in a fast-paced organization.

Qualifications

• Around 2–3 years of payroll administration experience in HR consulting, outsourcing, or corporate environments.
• Very good English and Dutch skills (B2 minimum).
• Strong knowledge of payroll inputs/outputs and related tax/benefits processes.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end Dutch payroll processing according to established standards and client requirements.
• Manage ticket queues and ensure timely handling within defined SLAs.
• Identify deviations and change requests, maintain data accuracy and confidentiality.
