Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of payroll experience in HR outsourcing or corporate environment.
• Very good English and German skills (B2 minimum).
• Knowledge of payroll inputs/outputs, timekeeping, tax filing/compliance and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Independently process German payroll end to end according to standards.
• Monitor and manage ticket queues to meet defined timelines.
• Identify deviations and support change request opportunities.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Produce standard and client-specific payroll reports, including year-end needs.
• Review and validate data for accuracy and initiate corrections.
• Answer German payroll questions and requests; provide knowledge transfers to peers.
• Support system maintenance testing and issue coordination.
