Job summary

Strada HR & Payroll is seeking an HR & Payroll Specialist to manage German payroll end-to-end for global clients. You will ensure accurate processing, compliance, and timely delivery across defined standards and client requirements.

Applicants should have 2–3 years of payroll experience, strong German and English language skills, and proficiency with MS Office. The role offers remote work options and opportunities to grow within a people, payroll, and technology leader.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of inputs/outputs in payroll processes and client interfaces.
• Very good English and German skills (B2 minimum).
• Around 2–3 years of payroll experience in HR consulting, outsourcing, or corporate environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and maintain processes and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Independently process German payroll end-to-end according to standards and client requirements.
• Monitor ticket queues and ensure timely handling within defined timelines.
• Identify deviations and support change requests to improve service scope.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain data accuracy.
• Produce standard and client-specific payroll reports and complete year-end reporting needs.
• Resolve German payroll questions and provide knowledge transfers to peers.
• Support system maintenance testing and coordinate with IT on issues.
