Strada is seeking an HR & Payroll Specialist to handle payroll lists, salary calculations, and PIT/ZUS reporting. The role supports procedures, documentation, and payroll projects, with exposure to SAP and advanced Excel. A workable distance from home is offered, supporting flexible work arrangements.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years payroll experience, strong Polish regulations knowledge, and English at least B1. Join a global team delivering people-first solutions across 180+ countries.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in a payroll-related position.
• Very good knowledge of Polish payroll regulations.
• Communicative knowledge of English (min. B1).
• Social insurance knowledge.
• High degree of independence in carrying out tasks.
• Familiarity with Płatnik software.
• Ability to think analytically and work in a team.

• Preparing payroll lists

• Preparing PIT reports and settlement documents for ZUS
• Updating and maintaining procedures and documentation related to the payroll process in accordance with instructions
