Responsibilities

• Process payroll from end to end according to defined standards.
• Monitor ticket queues and respond within SLAs.
• Utilize hrX suite and related tools for payroll tasks.
• Interpret payslips and payroll calendar accurately.
• Identify deviations and support change requests.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Produce standard and client-specific payroll reports.
• Answer payroll-related questions and requests.
• Support SOCI controls and process improvements.
• Provide knowledge transfers to peers and participate in RCA.
