The ideal candidate will have proficiency in German and English, experience in payroll, and strong analytical skills. Qualifications

• Experience in payroll processes.
• Ability to work with tight deadlines.
• Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll processes conducted by external partners.
• Prepare monthly payroll reconciliations and control reports.
• Ensure accuracy of payroll data.
• Provide input and instructions to external vendors.
• Prepare payroll output data for Finance.
• Create reports for HR and Finance.
• Resolve employee queries related to payroll.
