Manage payroll processes conducted by external partners.
Prepare monthly payroll reconciliations and control reports.
Ensure accuracy of payroll data.
Provide input and instructions to external vendors.
Prepare payroll output data for Finance.
Create reports for HR and Finance.
Resolve employee queries related to payroll.
