Kinguin in Poland is seeking a payroll professional to manage end-to-end payroll, ensure compliance with Polish labour law, and support HR administration and payroll automation. The role offers remote work within flexible hours and opportunities for performance-based bonuses.

The ideal candidate has experience with payroll calculations, statutory declarations, and HR documentation, with a proactive approach to improving processes and accuracy across payroll workflows.

Formación

• Experience in end-to-end payroll processing and HR administration in Poland.
• Strong knowledge of Polish labour law (ZUS, PIT, PPK, PFRON).
• Experience managing payroll calculations and statutory declarations.
• Knowledge of HR documentation, working time records, and leave administration.
• Experience with HR/payroll systems and process automation.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end payroll for employees.
• Calculate salaries and variable compensation.
• Prepare statutory declarations for ZUS, Tax Offices, PFRON.
• Handle payroll settlements and employee benefits.
• Support HR administration and contracts.
• Ensure compliance with Polish labour law and GDPR.
• Optimize HR/payroll processes to improve efficiency.
