Job summary

Capgemini Engineering Poland is recruiting for a Client Technical Support L2 role within the Product Team. You will provide technical support during client implementations, troubleshoot issues, and assist testing activities.

The role demands 6+ years in the travel industry, Amadeus GDS proficiency, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a hybrid environment in Bydgoszcz.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in the travel industry.
• 18 months of recent L2 support experience.
• Technical proficiency with Amadeus (GDS).
• Strong written and spoken English; German language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for client onboarding and implementations.
• Participate in implementation calls and manage profile imports.
• Perform end-to-end testing and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with Product Teams to test new features and resolve issues.
• Research issues and escalate to appropriate teams.
• Contribute to large-scale projects and initiatives.
• Identify root causes through analytical thinking.
