Job summary

Capgemini Engineering in Poznań is seeking an experienced Client Technical Support L2 to provide technical support for client implementations, troubleshoot issues, and support testing activities for the Product Team.

The role requires 6+ years in business travel (or equivalent) with Amadeus GDS proficiency, strong communication, and German language as a plus. Hybrid work model available in Poland, with opportunities to lead and collaborate across product and delivery teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in business travel industry or equivalent experience.
• 18+ months of recent L2 Support experience.
• Proficient in Amadeus GDS.
• Strong travel/airline industry knowledge.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Able to work independently with strong problem-solving.
• Capable of managing multiple deliverables.
• Ownership mindset and proactive improvements.
• Fluent in German (spoken and written) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and implementation activities for clients.
• Participate in implementation calls and coordinate with teams.
• Manage profile imports and company profile setup.
• Perform end-to-end testing and sign-off.
• Provide post-implementation support until steady state.
• Support Office ID mapping activities.
• Collaborate with Product Teams to test and investigate issues.
• Support Service Delivery teams by researching and escalating issues.
• Contribute to large-scale projects and initiatives.
• Investigate and resolve issues with analytical/problem-solving skills.
