Concentrix in Katowice seeks a Travel Advisor fluent in Russian to respond to customers via phone, chat, and e-mail for the Russian market. Responsibilities include handling hotel bookings and plane tickets with care and discretion.

The role requires a proactive, empathetic attitude and you will represent a well-known travel agency. Flexible full-time or part-time work is available, with paid training and language classes.

Our Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service/call center/tourism industry/airline industry is preferred.

• Employment contract (base salary: 5000 PLN gross monthy) or civil contract (base: 32,68 PLN gross hourly).
