UL Solutions in Warsaw (Poland) is seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to ensure smooth execution of technical training sessions and support the sales back office. The role involves organizing training environments, coordinating with customers, and maintaining CRM data with a focus on quality processes.

The position requires 2–3 years in sales back office or customer operations, and proficiency in German and English.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in sales back office coordination or customer operations.
• Experience with Marketo, CRM systems or other digital customer platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Advanced level in German and English (written and spoken).
• Ability to follow structured workflows.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001/27001/TISAX is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Act as first level support for technical training inquiries.
• Organize and prepare customer training environments and materials.
• Support external training activities (literature, logistics, documentation).
• Create and review public training offers; conduct sales follow ups.
• Plan yearly public training calendar and support revenue forecasting.
• Coordinate communication with customers through the training process.
• Conduct follow-ups with participants to ensure satisfaction and collect feedback.
• Assist customers with logistical inquiries and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of tasks.
• Maintain data accuracy in CRM systems and ensure structured workflows.
• Support small to medium internal projects (training, sales operations, quality).
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and process discipline.
