Job summary

Schaeffler is seeking a Sales & Customer Service Coordinator in Warsaw, Poland. You will implement service standards, coordinate with Sales, Logistics and Production, and manage SAP-based quotations and orders for assigned accounts.

The role requires strong English and Polish communication, plus 2+ years in a similar role and B2B exposure in an industrial setting. Hybrid work model with a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implement and adapt service standards for quotations, contracts, pricing, and master data.
• Develop internal interfaces to support end-to-end processes.
• Analyze customer inquiries and complaints and coordinate corrective actions.
• Identify opportunities for optimization and drive improvement projects involving Sales, Logistics, and Production.
• Support key contacts in Sales and Production.
• Prepare costing materials, calculations, and customer enquiry documentation in SAP (PRS, RFQ).
• Process customer inquiries and prepare quotations for assigned accounts.
• Monitor and analyse quotations submitted to customers in SAP.
• Review incoming orders and processing them in SAP.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Implementing and adapting agreed service standards, including those related to quotation and contract management, pricing, and master data.
• Developing and implementing internal interfaces to support efficient end-to-end processes.

• Knowledge of German is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
