Job summary

Muehlhan Wind Service is seeking a Training and Development Coordinator to drive learning initiatives across the organization. You will schedule sessions, coordinate with trainers, and maintain training records to ensure employees have the right skills to meet business goals.

You will support program evaluation, generate reports, and contribute to continuous improvement in learning processes, ensuring compliance with deadlines and alignment with strategies. Hybrid work in Poland is available.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating training programmes and administrative tasks.
• Experience booking external training courses.
• Experience supporting competency mapping and learning evaluation.
• Experience supporting content development and training delivery.
• Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Good command of English (written, spoken, and comprehension) to engage with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and organise training sessions, workshops, and learning events.
• Liaise with internal and external trainers or training providers to coordinate content, logistics, and delivery.
• Maintain and update training records and matrices, ensuring accurate tracking of participation and completion.
• Support the evaluation of training programs by collecting feedback and analysing training effectiveness.
• Assist in the development and implementation of learning initiatives that align with organizational goals.
• Ensure all mandatory training is booked and completed before expiry to prevent disruption.
• Prepare reports and insights on training activities, participation, and outcomes for management.
• Provide administrative and operational support for Training and Development projects, ensuring smooth execution and timelines.
