Job description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail‑oriented Project Coordinator to join our team in Warsaw (Poland). In this role, you will ensure the smooth execution of technical training sessions for our customers and partners, while also supporting sales team with key back-office and processes. Your work will play a vital role in delivering excellent customer experience and maintaining high operational standards.

• - 2-3 years experience in sales back office coordination or customer operations
• - Skills in project coordination and cross‑team communication
• - Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
• - Experience using Marketo, CRM systems, or other digital customer platforms
• - Strong process orientation and ability to follow structured workflows
• - Advanced level in German and English (written and spoken)
• - Understanding of quality and auditing processes such as ISO 9001, ISO 27001 or TISAX is a plus

Salary range varies by location and local market conditions - for Poland, the annual salary range for this position is 95,200-126,900 PLN gross and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and other factors. This position is eligible for additional incentive with a target payout of 5% of base salary.
