UPS in Łódź is seeking a sales support specialist to provide daily assistance to the sales teams, prepare presentations and reports, and manage documentation and customer requests. Excellent English is required, and Dutch is a plus. Strong MS Office, especially Excel, and solid organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Very Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Very Good knowledge of Dutch would be an advantage.
• Knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel).
• Good organization skills (planning, scheduling).
• Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Soft skills: problem analysis, problem solving, good decision making.
• At least six months employment track at current position in UPS (for internal candidates only).
