Job summary

Vestas is seeking a Training Coordinator for the Szczecin factory to design, book, and record training programs aligned with global standards. You will support factory instructors, manage the skills matrix, and drive continuous improvement in training processes.

The role requires strong Polish and English communication, solid presentation skills, and a track record in Training/HR or L&D within manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Effective written and verbal communication in Polish and English.
• Strong presentation skills for audiences.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and coordinate visits/events.
• Experience in Training, HR, Learning & Development, or process administration.

Responsibilities

• Plan, book, arrange, and record courses with records of efficiency.
• Provide support for Factory & Process instructors.
• Collect feedback and drive continuous improvement of training processes.
• Prepare training reports and updates for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with universities, government institutions, and external providers.
• Maintain skills matrix and training assessments per work instructions.
