Job summary

Vestas is seeking a Training Coordinator for our Szczecin factory to shape training strategy and roll out global frameworks locally. You will plan and manage factory courses, certifications, and learner assessments while coordinating with instructors and external providers.

Ideal candidates will bring a 5+ year track record in Training, HR or L&D within manufacturing, along with Train-the-trainer credentials, and fluent Polish and English.

Qualifications

• Effective written and verbal communication in Polish and English.
• Strong presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and coordinate visits/events.
• Experience in Training, HR, L&D, or process administration.
• Train-the-trainer certification.

The PEX function is tasked with shaping factory strategy in alignment with global standards and promoting culture of continuous improvement. A vital part of this mission involves the rollout and adaptation of global frameworks through targeted training within the local organization. As a Training Coordinator you will play an important role at our factory in Szczecin and take part in executing our strategy

Responsibilities

• Plan, book, arrange, and record on practical and theoretical courses for factory (including mandatory certifications, regulatory training and refreshers) with ability to evaluate its efficiency
• Provide Support for Factory & Process instructors
• Collect participant feedback and support the continuous improvement of training processes
• Prepare training reports and provide status updates to stakeholders
• Cooperate with universities, government institutions, and external training providers
• Manage skills matrix updated to close the gaps, maintain the training assessments standards within DMS and My Skills in line with the work instructions and tooling user manuals

Qualifications

• Effective written and verbal communication skills in both Polish and English, with the ability to prepare professional documents and correspondence
• Good presentation skills, including creating and delivering presentations to different audiences
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, organize visits and events, and act as a professional host for internal and external stakeholders
• Previous experience in Training, HR, Learning & Development (L&D), or process administration
• Degree/vocational qualification in Education/HR/ Engineering (or equivalent)
• Train-the-trainer certification
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations
