Job summary

Vestas group in Szczecin invites a Training Coordinator to shape factory training programs and align them with global standards. You will drive rollout of training frameworks, support instructors, and collaborate with universities and external providers.

Role requires 5+ years in manufacturing operations, strong Polish and English communication, and Train-the-trainer certification. Expect a dynamic environment with focus on continuous improvement and safety.

Qualifications

• Effective written and verbal communication skills in Polish and English.
• Good presentation skills, including creating and delivering presentations to different audiences.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, organize visits and events, and act as a professional host for internal and external stakeholders.
• Previous experience in Training, HR, L&D, or process administration.
• Degree/vocational qualification in Education/HR/Engineering (or equivalent).
• Train-the-trainer certification.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, book, arrange, and record trainings for factory including certifications and regulatory training.
• Provide support for Factory & Process instructors.
• Collect participant feedback and support continuous improvement of training processes.
• Prepare training reports and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Cooperate with universities, government institutions, and external training providers.
• Manage skills matrix and training assessments per work instructions and user manuals.
