Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Learning Coordination professional in Poland to drive compliant, effective training. You will coordinate technical programs, manage LMS tasks, and support regulatory audits with accurate records. Ideal candidates hold a related degree and 2+ years in training/learning roles, with English and German at B2, plus proficiency in MS Office and LMS platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years in learning coordination, training administration, facilitation, or LMS support.
• Fluent English and German skills at minimum B2 level.
• Experience using LMS platforms and enterprise service management systems.
• Knowledge of GMP and ISO 13485 requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute technical training programs, ensuring completion and compliance.
• Facilitate instructor-led trainings and onboarding activities.
• Manage LMS activities: course assignments, user access, records, updates.
• Review and execute training-related quality system tasks, audit-ready docs.
• Generate and distribute training metrics and KPIs for decision-making.
• Represent training during regulatory audits with records and evidence.
• Investigate training system and process issues, manage service tickets.
• Partner with managers to assess needs and implement programs aligned with objectives.
• Support regulatory inspections and audits with required training records.
