Job summary

Qualifications

• Effective written and verbal communication skills in Polish and English.
• Good presentation skills, including creating and delivering presentations to different audiences.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, organize visits and events, and act as a professional host for internal and external stakeholders.
• Previous experience in Training, HR, L&D, or process administration.
• Degree/vocational qualification in Education/HR/Engineering (or equivalent).
• Train-the-trainer certification.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations.

The PEX function is tasked with shaping factory strategy in alignment with global standards and promoting culture of continuous improvement. A vital part of this mission involves the rollout and adaptation of global frameworks through targeted training within the local organization. As a Training Coordinator you will play an important role at our factory in Szczecin and take part in executing our strategy

Responsibilities

• Plan, book, arrange, and record on practical and theoretical courses for factory (including mandatory certifications, regulatory training and refreshers) with ability to evaluate its efficiency
• Provide Support for Factory & Process instructors
• Collect participant feedback and support the continuous improvement of training processes
• Prepare training reports and provide status updates to stakeholders
• Cooperate with universities, government institutions, and external training providers
• Manage skills matrix updated to close the gaps, maintain the training assessments standards within DMS and My Skills in line with the work instructions and tooling user manuals

Qualifications
