Job summary

Vestas is seeking a Training Coordinator for our Szczecin factory to shape training strategy and roll out global frameworks locally. You will plan and manage factory courses, certifications, and learner assessments while coordinating with instructors and external providers.

Ideal candidates will bring a 5+ year track record in Training, HR or L&D within manufacturing, along with Train-the-trainer credentials, and fluent Polish and English.

Qualifications

• Effective written and verbal communication in Polish and English.
• Strong presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and coordinate visits/events.
• Experience in Training, HR, L&D, or process administration.
• Train-the-trainer certification.

Responsibilities

• Plan, book, arrange and record courses for factory training and certifications.
• Provide support for Factory & Process instructors.
• Collect participant feedback and drive training process improvements.
• Prepare training reports and update stakeholders.
• Cooperate with universities, government bodies, and training providers.
• Maintain skills matrix and training standards in system tooling.
