Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking a Technical Writer to support clients and internal teams by reviewing, creating, and maintaining business and process documentation. You will ensure accuracy as processes evolve and help prepare mass communications.

You’ll collaborate with operational teams, project analysts, and the Client to translate complex processes into clear instructions. The role focuses on updating Help Centers, producing Desktop Procedures, and maintaining consistent, usable documentation

Qualifications

• Very good command of English (min B2), both written and spoken.
• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to create clear, structured documentation.
• Ability to translate technical or operational processes into simple, understandable steps.
• Strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy and consistency.
• Good critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to cooperate with Client representatives, Operations teams and Project Management analysts.

Responsibilities

• Review the current state of process documentation across the Client’s three Help Centers.
• Create new Desktop Procedures (DTPs) and update existing documentation per guidelines.
• Plan, develop, write and edit content within the Client’s web-based Help Center repository.
• Maintain internal and external Help Centers for consistency and usability.
• Work with PM analysts, Operations teams and Client to identify documentation updates from changes.
• Own Documentation Update tickets and ensure changes are reflected correctly.
• Translate business requests into clear, actionable documentation updates.
• Build relations with Client and participate in recurring meetings.
• Review mass communications to ensure all requirements are met before distribution.
• Use the Client’s mass communication tool to distribute messages.
