Job summary

CSHARK is seeking a Technical Writer to translate complex concepts into clear content for financial software solutions. You will join a remote-first, cross-functional team delivering high-quality documentation for debt management and loan servicing platforms.

You’ll collaborate with product managers, developers, QA, and SMEs, adopting structured authoring practices, and creating visuals to explain data flows and architectures.

Qualifications

• Excellent command of English – both written and spoken.
• Proven experience in writing technical documentation for software products.
• Ability to quickly understand new tools, systems and concepts.
• Familiarity with structured authoring and content tools like Oxygen Editor, FrameMaker, RoboHelp.
• Experience with markup languages such as XML, HTML, or SGML is welcome.
• Understanding of DITA and content management systems is an advantage.
• Able to produce visuals or diagrams to represent data flows or system architecture.
• Confident collaborating with cross-functional, distributed teams in dynamic environments.
• Proactive and detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Your Daily Missions

TheEssentials We’re Seeking

• Ability toquickly understand newtools, systems, andtechnical concepts.
• Familiarity withstructured authoring andcontent tools (e.g., Oxygen Editor, FrameMaker, RoboHelp, orsimilar) is aplus.
• Experience orworking knowledge ofmarkup languages such as XML, HTML, orSGML is welcome.
• Understanding ofdocumentation standards (e.g., DITA) andcontent management systems is anadvantage.
• Comfortable producing visuals ordiagrams torepresent data flows orsystem architecture.
• Confidence incollaborating withcross-functional, distributed teams indynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Aproactive anddetail-oriented mindset, withstrong analytical andproblem-solving skills.
• Experience inthelending, debt collection, orfinancial services domain is preferable butnotessential.
