Accenture Kraków is seeking a Technical Writer Analyst with English for a LOA Replacement – Fixed-Term Role. You’ll craft clear, structured documentation and translate complex processes into easy steps, collaborating with Client reps and Operations teams.

The role offers hybrid work mode (3 days in the office) and a path of professional development with a People Lead and a Buddy to support you as you adapt to the new workplace.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE

• Basic knowledge of HTML.
• Previous experience in technical writing, process documentation, knowledge management or a similar documentation-focused role.
• Experience working with web-based knowledge repositories or Help Centers.
