Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical writing or similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Experience creating customer-facing technical documentation.
• Ability to convey complex technical information clearly.
• Experience with CMS and XML authoring tools (e.g., Paligo).
• Experience with hardware product documentation is a plus.
• Experience producing diagrams, graphics, or visual docs.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain technical documentation for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Develop user manuals, service manuals, safety manuals, and training materials.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Learning Design, and customers.
• Translate complex tech concepts into clear, structured docs and visuals.
• Produce technical illustrations, diagrams, and other assets.
• Ensure documentation meets quality standards and release requirements.
