Accenture Kraków is seeking a Technical Writer Analyst with English for a LOA Replacement – Fixed-Term Role. You’ll craft clear, structured documentation and translate complex processes into easy steps, collaborating with Client reps and Operations teams.

The role offers hybrid work mode (3 days in the office) and a path of professional development with a People Lead and a Buddy to support you as you adapt to the new workplace.

Qualifications

• Very good command of English (min B2), both written and spoken.
• Strong writing and editing skills to create clear, structured documentation.
• Ability to translate technical or operational processes into simple steps.
• Strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy and consistency.
• Good critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to cooperate with Client representatives, Operations teams and PM analysts.
• Ability to understand process changes and translate business requests into documentation updates.
