Your responsibilities will include:

• Helping customers with the configuration of Acturis to get the most out of the system while meeting their business needs,
• Advising customers on system functionality and providing solutions to technical queries and issues,
• Testing configuration changes and evaluating the impact of new features on tools, processes, and customer workflows,
• Using SQL databases to create reports and create dedicated solutions based on customer requirements,
• Creating and maintaining clear, accurate documentation for both internal teams and customers.

Job requirements:

• Fluent English (min. B2 level), with particular emphasis on Business English – spoken and written,
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail,
• Ability to work under time pressure and meet deadlines,

What does our recruitment process look like?

The recruitment process consists of several stages that allow us to get a better idea of your skills and fit with the team:

• Maths and logic test in English.
• Three stage online recruitment interview– HR and 2 technical parts.
• Face to face interview with the Manager in our office location in Wrocław.
