Qualifications

• Completed higher education and English proficiency at least B2 level.
• Proven professional experience in analytical, product, technical support, QA, business analysis, data or similar roles.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a logical, practical, and well-organised approach.
• Track record of delivering tasks or projects end-to-end and taking ownership.
• Hands-on experience with data, systems, processes or technical documentation in a business/IT environment.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL and relational databases; ability to work with structured data.
• Good understanding of SDLC and collaboration with technical/product teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; attention to detail and quality mind-set.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client requirements and identify automation and AI opportunities.
• Support integration of AI features, particularly with LLMs and AI Agents.

Responsibilities:

• Working closely with product, data and engineering teams to deliver AI driven solutions
• Helping to translate business requirements into system design
• Analysing client requirements and identify automation and AI opportunities
• Supporting integration of AI features, in particular based on LLMs and AI Agents
• Taking part in the full delivery lifecycle, from gathering requirements and testing solutions through to implementation, with guidance from experienced colleagues
• Monitoring system performance and investigate issues using data insights
• Continuously learning platform, domain, and emerging technologies
• Being involved in developing the Python application code that allows us to integrate our services into the platform
• Managing the build of sometimes complex implementations and ensuring this is done to specification

Our requirements:

• Completed higher education, English proficiency at minimum B2 level, and interest in insurance, AI, automation, or product-focused work
• Proven professional experience in an analytical, product, technical support, QA, business analysis, data, or similar role
• Strong problem-solving skills with a logical, practical, and well-organised approach
• A track record of delivering tasks or projects end-to-end, with the ability to take ownership and drive work to completion
• Hands‑on experience working with data, systems, processes, or technical documentation in a business or IT environment
• Proficiency in Python, experience with SQL and relational databases, and the ability to interpret and work with structured data
• Good understanding of SDLC concepts and experience collaborating with technical or product teams
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders
• Great attention to detail, quality mindset, and ability to quickly understand complex business or technical topics
