Responsibilities:

Immediately:

• Supporting Acturis Insurance Products Teams by picking up queries/defects from the clients,
• Verifying product behaviour using product documentation, internal tools and product configuration files,
• Cooperating with Business Analysts, Quality Analysts and Developers to deliver necessary solutions,
• Creating, improving and maintaining test documentation,
• Tracking and documenting of common issues,
• Identifying inefficiencies and suggesting improvements in our processes and documentation,
• Being a part of a new, growing team, having impact on its evolution,

Additionally long-term:

• Supporting client projects by picking up defects raised during user acceptance testing,
• Monitoring and maintenance of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs),
• Managing multiple high-volume queues of queries/defects across clients,
• Using AI tools to improve defects investigation.

What tech and tools will you be using?

• XML/XSLT – verifying configuration files against product documentation/behaviour,
• Confluence – organising and managing documentation,
• SQL – working with databases,
• Git – used for code version control system,
• Bitbucket – repository hosting solution integrating Git.

Our requirements:

• Knowledge of English at a minimum B2 level – both spoken and written,
• Strong analytical and logical skills:
  • Being able to understand the connection between the product documentation and product behaviour,
  • Identifying defected areas and suggesting potential solutions,
• Being keen to have an impact on improving team processes,
• Strong written and verbal communication skills – ability to present complex problems in a simplified way,
• Ability to work in collaboration with other units, as well as being able to progress items independently.

The recruitment process consists of several stages that allow us to get a better idea of your skills andteam fit:

• Maths and logic test in English.
• Three stage online recruitment interview– HR and 2 technical parts.
• Face to face interview with the Manager in our office location in Wrocław.
