Job summary

Acturis, a leading SaaS provider for the general insurance market, is looking for a Business Analyst/Technical Consultant to join our Wrocław team. You will analyse client processes, translate requirements into specifications and liaise with clients and development teams to deliver effective solutions.

• Experience in business analysis, technical consulting, software implementation or similar role.
• Strong technical understanding of software, systems and data.
• Ability to analyse complex business processes and document requirements.
• Fluency in English and German (min. B2) – both spoken and written.
• Knowledge of databases, e.g. SQL.

Your responsibilities:

Our requirements:

• Experience in business analysis, technical consulting, software implementation, application support or a similar role,
• Strong technical understanding of software, systems and data,
• Ability to analyse complex business processes and document requirements in a structured way,
• Fluency in English and German (min. B2) – both spoken and written,
• Knowledge of databases, e.g. SQL,
• Experience with interfaces or data integration would be an advantage,
• Confidence working with modern software tools,
• Strong communication skills and client-oriented mindset,
• Independent, structured and solution-focused working style.

Nice to have:

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, Information Systems or a related field,
• Experience in project-based work, ideally in an IT or software environment,
• Previous experience working with dedicated or customized software solutions.
