Senior Software Engineer at Auctane Poland Sp. z o.o. will influence the architecture and evolution of our product, driving continuous improvement across our engineering ecosystem.

You’ll design solutions, mentor junior engineers, and set engineering best practices. The role is hybrid with 2 days per week in the Wroclaw office, located in Poland, and requires strong Java 17+ and Spring Framework experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• +5 years total experience in software development, with at least 3 years with Java 17+ and Spring Boot / Spring Framework.
• Demonstrated ability to architect and lead technical initiatives.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals with focus on code quality and scalability.
• Understanding and practical experience with Software Architecture.
• Collaborative approach to working across teams.
• Experience advocating for quality and engineering rigor within organizations.
• Proficiency in Polish and English is required for this role.

About the role

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will influence the architecture and evolution of our product and drive continuous improvement across our engineering ecosystem. You’ll design solutions, mentor junior engineers, and make strategic decisions about framework design and engineering best practices.
