Job summary

Dematic is seeking a sales professional to manage and advise existing customers with a primary focus on the Eastern Europe market, and to generate leads for service contracts, repairs, spare parts, and modernization projects.

You will work with the Technical Sales Manager to define customer requirements, support the Back Office in preparing proposals, present solutions, and conduct contract negotiations across the region.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, qualification as a Sales Engineer, or a comparable qualification.
• Professional experience as a Sales Manager, Sales Engineer, or in a similar role, preferably involving technical products and/or services.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong teamwork, analytical, customer-focused, and results-oriented skills.
• Willingness to international travel, approximately 70% of the time.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage, particularly German and/or Polish.

Responsibilities

• Manage and advise existing customers, with a primary focus on the Eastern Europe Market
• Generate leads for service contracts, repairs, spare parts, and modernization projects
• Work closely with the Technical Sales Manager to specify and define customer requirements
• Support the Back Office team in developing and preparing customer proposals
• Present solutions and proposals to customers
• Conduct contract negotiations
