Job summary

Dematic seeks a Sales Engineer to manage and advise existing customers across Eastern Europe and to generate leads for service contracts, repairs, and modernization projects. You will work closely with the Technical Sales Manager to translate customer requirements into effective proposals and to negotiate contracts, with substantial international travel.

The role requires an engineering degree or equivalent, strong English skills, and a track record in technical sales or sales engineering.

Qualifications

Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus (German/Polish)
Strong teamwork, analytical, customer-focused and results-oriented mindset
Willingness to travel internationally, about 70% of the time
Engineering degree or equivalent qualification in a technical field
Experience as Sales Manager/Engineer or similar in technical products/services

Responsibilities

Manage and advise existing customers with focus on Eastern Europe
Generate leads for service contracts, repairs, spare parts, and modernization projects
Collaborate with Technical Sales Manager to define customer requirements
Support Back Office in developing and preparing customer proposals
Present solutions and negotiate contracts with customers
Travel internationally approximately 70% of the time
