Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as Talent Partner or in a similar HR role.
• Experience supporting the employee lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding).
• Strong understanding of core HR processes and employee relations.
• Experience partnering with managers on people-related decisions.
• Strong communication and conflict-management skills.
• Comfortable with HR data, trends and turning insights into actions.
• Strong ownership and prioritization, handling multiple topics.

Responsibilities

• Own and coordinate key employee lifecycle processes from onboarding through offboarding.
• Ensure smooth onboarding for new hires and guide managers on onboarding best practices.
• Support mid- and end-of-trial reviews with surveys and follow-ups.
