Job summary

OLX is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to collaborate with senior managers across the Tech & Product functions and shape people strategies aligned with business goals in a fast-moving, international environment.

You will act as a trusted advisor, coach, and consultant to people managers, helping to drive leadership capability, retention, and high performance across multiple locations within a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or Management.
• 7–10 years of professional HR experience in an international company, with at least 4 years in HRBP.
• Experience partnering with C-Level stakeholders across locations.
• Strong business acumen with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with the leadership team to create a data-driven People Agenda; especially with 2 C-Level Leaders running the Tech & Product Functions.
• Advise leaders on people growth strategies and initiatives to ensure retention and growth of high potential employees as well as developing rigor around proactively identifying and addressing lower-performing employees.
• Monitor and measure progress against the People Agenda to identify trends, share recommendations and make adaptations, as needed.
• Facilitate the employee engagement action planning process with business leaders.
• Develop a robust understanding and knowledge of key talent and work with leaders to ensure proper development plans are in place for these individuals.
• Identify talent development needs and partner with the Talent team to create value-add solutions to close the gaps.
• Understand the HR programs to effectively translate and implement: educate senior leaders on specific programs or processes and coach them to understand the role they play in driving a successful outcome, create and manage timelines and necessary communications appropriately.
• Partner with leaders and employees to address and resolve complex employee relations issues.
