Job summary

Korn Ferry is seeking a (Senior) Talent Acquisition Partner to join our global team and support one of our RPO clients. The role emphasizes candidate relationship management, sourcing strategy, and efficient recruiting practices in onsite or offsite environments.

The Senior Recruiter will act as the internal expert on candidate tracking systems, search methodologies and recruitment process optimization, working with stakeholders across the business to deliver high-quality hires.

Qualifications

• Significant recruitment experience in an RPO, agency or in-house environment.
• Experience designing and implementing direct sourcing strategies.
• Ability to manage the full recruitment cycle from briefing to offer.
• Flexibility to support other business needs.
• Fluency in English and German or French (written & oral).
