Job summary

NN Poland is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support leaders across Technology, Digital, Data, AI and Transformation, shaping people strategies that align with business goals in Warsaw.

You will partner with managers to drive talent management, workforce planning, and change initiatives, advise on organizational design, and enable a future-ready workforce through agile practices and inclusive leadership.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as HR Business Partner.
• Experience partnering with Technology, Digital, Data, AI or related areas.
• Strong knowledge of labour law and employment practices; English proficient.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers to translate business priorities into people strategies.
• Drive HR initiatives: talent management, workforce planning, development, and people cycle.
• Support transformations, change management and evolving operating models.
• Advise on organizational design, workforce composition, succession, and retention.
• Use HR insights and market trends, including AI developments, to support decisions.
